A game-server trial lets you test an available game before choosing paid hosting. Trials use the resources stated on their order page and are subject to available server capacity. Some games also require a customer-owned authentication key or other prerequisites shown at checkout.
Trial limits and timing
You may have one trial per customer per game and one active trial at a time. Once your current trial ends, you can try a different available game. Trial slots are limited, so a game appearing in the catalog does not guarantee immediate capacity.
Your 24 hours starts when the panel first confirms that your server is running. It is elapsed time, not 24 hours of gameplay. Stopping the server, disconnecting players, requesting migration or opening a support ticket does not pause or extend the timer.
Keeping your server
To keep the server and its progress, contact Billing before the trial expires and request conversion to a paid plan. Include your service number and preferred plan. Wait for confirmation that the conversion is complete; submitting a ticket alone does not protect the server from expiry. Do not assume that ordering a separate paid server will transfer your trial world automatically.
What happens at expiry?
The existing five-minute automation checks delete the trial server, its files and its offsite backups at the first successful check after expiry. There is no retention period. Do not treat a short delay before a check as extra trial time.
Download any backup or files you want to keep before the deadline. An offsite backup stored with the trial is also removed when that trial is deleted. If you need technical help during testing, open a Game Servers support ticket.
