A little clarity before you begin
No. Incoming filtering works with your existing email service. It does not create a replacement mailbox or change the address your customers use.
Incoming mail must be routed through the filtering service, normally using your domain's MX records. Follow the instructions for your service and check the destination server before changing them.
Use the quarantine and available release controls to review it. Our team can help you investigate messages that are not arriving as expected.
Incoming filtering covers mail arriving at your domain. Outgoing filtering is a separate service for messages leaving your mail system.
